Earlybird Registration: $50 per display/stall space if registration and payment postmarked by Saturday, June 20.

Everything postmarked after Saturday, June 20, will be $75 per display/stall space.

Registration Deadline: All registration papers and payment must be postmarked by Saturday, July 11, 2009.
- Arena floor is packed sand
- Panels for your animals will not be provided - Please bring your own
- Bring your own bedding for alpacas - mats and straw
- When registering please note vendor/farm booth and or animal stall configuration
- Check-in /set-up time will be Fri. July 24, 2:30-6:30 and Sat. July 25, 7:00am
- All vendors must be ready by 8:30am
- No dogs allowed
